The staff were helpful and did speak a little English which was useful as I don't speak Spanish. My bedroom, at the back of the hotel and was modern and pleasantly decorated. Guests must use their key cards to work the lift and open the door onto their corridor.
Although I was not disturbed at night by traffic some of the guests were noisy opening doors at night. Muro is not tourist destination but a working Spanish town. The countryside around it is very pretty but Muro is not.

Clean, spacious rooms with effective air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice food from the cafeteria, though the restaurant was closed. Good value for money.
Can't fault anything about it.

Room and all the common areas are very clean! Food at the restaurant is good and cheap. Internet wireless connection is good too! The parking for free is a plus.
Variety for breakfast is poor. They can just offer cafeterias, sandwiches and 2-3 kinds of juyces. But quality is good!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the Costa Blanca mountains. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for the comfortable rooms with wooden floors. The staff were friendly and provided great service, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel's location on the outskirts of town in an industrial area was surprisingly peaceful, and it allowed for a relaxing stroll through the nearby small town. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a perfect start to the day.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

Conveniently located near main transportation lines and multiple restaurants to choose from. The room was tidy and well equipped with all the essentials needed for the business trip. The staff was friendly and addressed any questions I had promptly.
The breakfast menu was limited and the quality was poor. The Wi-Fi connection was slow and inconsistent, making it difficult to work effectively.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The value for money was outstanding, as the prices were very reasonable for what was provided. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the stylish reception area to the rooms with wooden floors. The location on the outskirts of town, although in an industrial area, was actually quite convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the basic amenities were all there. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection of choices.
Nothing to complain about, everything was alright.

Had a great New Year's stay at this hotel! Loved the spacious rooms with all the amenities one could ask for. Enjoyed the fact that the hotel was just a short walk away from the beach and the bustling shopping district. the complimentary breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options to cater to all tastes. the outdoor pool was a highlight - clean and well-maintained, it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.
Although the hotel itself was great, it was a bit disappointing to find out that the gym and spa facilities were closed for the New Year's period. the staff were a bit slow to attend to any requests we had, which could be frustrating at times.
